How to Best Set Up a Webinar Process with ZOOM in HubSpot

Integrating ZOOM with HubSpot allows for a seamless webinar process. Here’s how to connect ZOOM with HubSpot and set up a webinar process.

  1. ZOOM Integration:

    • Go to "Marketing" > "Settings" > "Integrations".
    • Search for ZOOM and click "Connect".
  2. API Key and Secret:

    • Enter your ZOOM API keys and secrets to establish the connection.
  3. Create Webinar in ZOOM:

    • Log in to ZOOM and create a new webinar.
    • Note the webinar ID and other relevant information.
  4. HubSpot Registration:

    • Create a registration form for the webinar in HubSpot.
    • Link the form with your ZOOM webinar.
