# Problems Reconnecting Social Media Accounts

## Reconnecting social media accounts in HubSpot can sometimes be problematic. Here is a step-by-step guide to resolving this issue.

1. **Remove Old Connection:**
   
     - Log in to HubSpot and go to "Marketing" > "Social".
     - Remove the old social media account causing issues.
2. **Check Permissions:**

3. **Clear Browser Cookies and Cache:**

4. **Reconnect the Account:**
