Our Application Form is Not Working

    • Go to "Marketing" > "Lead Capture" > "Forms".
    • Select the affected form and review the fields and settings.
  2. Validation and Required Fields:

    • Ensure all required fields are correctly defined and there are no invalid validations.
  3. Embed Code Check:

    • Check the form embed code and ensure it is correctly embedded on the target page.
  4. Analyze Error Messages:

    • Pay attention to specific error messages when filling out the form and analyze them.
  5. Browser Compatibility:

    • Test the form in different browsers and devices to identify compatibility issues.
